On the practical impact of the W3C Web Sustainability Guidelines

The goal of this semester thesis is to do assess web(site) sustainability in practice.

  • First, the student will conduct literature research to find and categorize assessment methodologies and tools for website sustainability auditing.
  • Secondly, based on these findings an audit and potential improvements of websites is to be performed and compared.
